ABOUT US!

DSCF3330

My name is Holly Thompson-Bandong. I’m a non-traditional student at CSU studying art education. I’m an eclectic person, which is just one reason why I love art. I’m originally from Southern California but have lived in other parts of the country, such as Fairfax, VA and Telluride, CO.  I look forward to sharing my knowledge and guidance with other young and budding artist’s. I believe creativity can help individuals build an awareness of their full potential.

My name is Asia Skipp, and I am studying art education at the wonderful campus of Colorado State University with an emphasis in Drawing. I love all art practices such as Painting, Pottery, Photography, and Sculpture just to name a few. In my spare time you will find me enjoying a roller coaster ride at Disney World, dancing to my favorite song on Just Dance, or playing a heated game of Bippity Bippity Bop with friends. I want to make my teaching experience as much fun for my students as it is for me to teach it! I look forward to teaching art at the High School level when I graduate.

My name is Zoe Cibuls, and I am studying to be an art teacher at Colorado State University. My concentration is in pottery but when it comes to art I’m a ‘renaissance (wo)man.’ I work with paint, photography, printmaking, sculpture, metals, and enjoy the mixing of media. I have also taught blacksmithing at a summer camp in Bemidji, MN. I have lived and worked with people with disabilities my whole life. I love art because it’s a form of communication that anyone can use. One day I hope that I can be an inspiration to my students like so many of my teachers have been to me.
